Shipping policy

Policy Overview: Our store exclusively provides digital products (software presets and synthesizer patches). As such, we do not have a traditional physical shipping policy or carrier.

Fulfillment Process:

• Instant Delivery: All digital goods are delivered automatically via a secure download link sent to the customer’s provided email address immediately upon successful checkout.

• No Physical Goods: We do not ship physical hardware, storage media, or printed manuals.

• Access: Once the transaction is authorized, the customer is granted immediate and perpetual access to the digital files.

• Verification: Fulfillment is tracked internally through our e-commerce platform, which logs when the download link is generated and sent to the customer's verified email.
